    With a Creative Crew Subscription, you unlock up-to 90 hours of the above listed services to be delegated out to our design heroes at one affordable flat monthly rate. That works out to around $56 / hour! 
    *additional hours can be added to your quota each month for $100 / hour, or you can purchase an additional subscription to unlock more hours at our amazing package rates. 

  • At any time, and for any reason, you may cancel your subscription by formal cancellation request to team@herocreative.ca, subject to cancellation fees. The refund to be issued is calculated as 1/2 of the remaining subscription. There is a pro-rated refund for the current period. e.g. if there are 10-full months remaining on a 12-month subscription for 240 hours per month at a rate of $9,000 / month ($108,000 / year) and 40 hours have elapsed in the current month, that would be a refund of 10 x $9,000 * 50% + $9,000 / 240 * (240 - 40) * 50% = $90,000 * 50% + $7,500 * 50% = $45,000 + $3,750 = $48,750. Any taxes are non-refundable.
